Halloween Shipping Information

All customers please be aware that we will be unable to dispatch any orders between Friday 29th September and Sunday 8th October. Therefore all orders placed after 10am UK time on Thursday 28th September will not be dispatched until Monday 9th October.

 

For UK customers this should not affect orders for Halloween. We would suggest that any Halloween orders should be placed by Friday 27th October to stop any disappointment. We cannot guarantee any specific delivery time due to issues that can arise once Royal Mail has received the order, so ordering as early as possible is best to give time to sort out any issues.

 

For international customers, this could cause an issue with receiving orders in time for Halloween, so would suggest placing any Halloween orders before Thursday 28th September. If you cannot place your order this early, then placing an order by Tuesday 10th October will give 14 working days for your order to be delivered before Halloween. This is very possible, however the likeliness of this will differ depending what country you are in and how time efficient your own country's postal delivery company is. As with UK customers, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery time due to issues that can arise with Royal Mail/the postal company in your country, so ordering as early as possible is best to give time to sort out any issues.

 

For USA and Canada customer using the "2-4 working days" shipping option, this will not affect your Halloween orders. However we would suggest ordering, using this shipping option, by Tuesday 24th October to receive your order by Halloween. Again we cannot guarantee any specific delivery time due to issues that can arise with Fedex in the UK or in the USA/Canada, so ordering as early as possible is best to give time to sort out any issues.
