What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to every country.
South Africa can only be shipped by express courier, please email us for a quote as this will not be available at checkout.
Mexico orders are being delayed for several weeks and we therefore are offering an express courier service, please email us for a quote.
How will my order be shipped?
We send all orders in a mailing bag with a bubble liner, the wig will arrive inside an organza bag which can be used for storage when it is not being worn.
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders must be placed before 2PM to ensure dispatch on the working day due to our courier collection time. Any orders placed after 2PM will not be shipped until the following working day (Monday-Friday). There can however be an up to 2 day processing time, due to busy periods and public holidays. We also do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note, any orders placed using the "UK Next Working Day (Mon-Fri)" shipping method after 2PM will also not be dispatched until the following business day (Monday-Friday).
How much does shipping cost?
Prices below are for the cost of one wig under £80. These will increase if multiple wigs or more expensive wigs are ordered.

Who is responsible for customs charges?
The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to a shipment. This is unfortunately out of our control however we do try to help reduce the cost of customs as much as possible by providing customs clearance forms, this will not always guarantee that no charges will be applied.
How long will it take me to receive my order after being shipped?

We cannot guarantee these times as these are an estimate given to us from our courier company. Delays may occur due to: your parcel being held in customs; weather delays; or busy periods for the courier company. We also cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays due to customs charges needing to be paid.
Please note that the "USA & Canada 2-4 working day" shipping method can only be dispatched on Monday-Friday. All orders placed using this shipping method must be ordered before 1PM to be dispatched the same day.
The "UK Next Working Day (Mon-Fri)" shipping method isn't guaranteed to be delivered on weekends as Royal Mail has introduced a Saturday delivery charge, orders placed with this shipping method on a Thursday after 2PM may not arrive until the following working day, however some parcels sent on a Friday using this method can be delivered on a Saturday.
Can I track my order?
You will be sent a tracking number to the email address provided on the order (please double check your email address before placing your order, so you will receive all the sufficient information).
A small number of countries do not offer a tracked service, so this will not be possible. For more information regarding your countries shipping method please use the form provided on the contact us page.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
There can be multiple reasons for you not receiving your order:
- Your order might have been lost
- The delivery details were incorrect when you placed your order, so it was returned to us
- The courier attempted to deliver your order multiple times but were unsuccessful, so it was returned to us.
If the order was lost during transit, you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. An order can only be classified as lost if it has not been delivered after 30 business days.
If the order was not received due to customer error (i.e incorrect details/courier unable to deliver to given address) then the customer is responsible for paying for postage again. Once the order is received back and second postage is paid for, we can resend your order. If the customer no longer wants the order then a refund, minus shipping and a 20% restocking & admin fee, will be issued once the order is back with us.
